The three tunes are -- Jim Day's News, When I Worked on the Farm, and The Old Maid and the Burglar Man. I have a couple more, I think. My Dad had some on cassette, but I am not sure what happened to them.

I played a show with copus and Lazy Jim back in about 1979. He droped copus's guitar and borket on stage, loaned him my and the show went on Jim was a funny guy
just getting around to reading this stuff again. ummmmm Lazy Jim Day died either shortly before I was born or shortly after, which was in 58, so you have your stories wrong.
