Although your videos does make me more interested in 850s I am still not there yet to buy one. However I love the nerdy, 850 geeky stuff ‘cause I’ve always liked the style and the concept of the car since it came out!
Love George, he's a real character and a very good mate. He and Eye4Detail will have that Volvo looking as good as. I'm not huge into my Volvo's but seeing two guys nerd out over hot wheels and Volvo's is a nice refreshing perspective in this mad world 😁🤙
Pre 2004 bmw 5/3series straight 6 or a volvo from around the same vintage might need to get some vacuum hoses and other rubber components replaced as 20yrs is about the lifespan for most rubbery and plastic type stuff exposed to the heat and stuff under bonnet other than that should be pretty solid. Not sure on the best engines to go for on the volvos as not really a volvo guy but Geoff could definitely advise on that.😂
A Volvo estate 850/v70 or a Mercedez E class pre 2000s but you could find an old Japanese model like a Toyota Corolla, Honda Jazz, or an old Honda Civic as old people buy them and they get looked after .
I drive a 2004 Lexus GX470, its just rolled over 410k......its cost nothing over routine/expected maintenance & wear n tear. Avoid anything European, sadly......
Hey Geoff have you got a BMW 2002 hot wheel?? If u have please show on your next hotwheel video.... they are a cool car I think... probably be a 2002tii... wicked car!! .... CHEERS MATE 😊
i remember a long time ago my uncle , an old biker, telling my cousin if he stopped buying so many bike magazines he might even be able to afford a real bike. i had just brought my first bigger bike up for him to look at a gs 750 with a few mods , raised compression , increased cc to around 920, 1100 ally swinging arm, larger back wheel . to name just a few. a payment for the wiring off a bike shop .
740 Turbo, Put your foot down hard, Watch the boost gauge go up, And the fuel gauge go down quite quickly, Great fun though, Stick a trailer on the back complete with a racing sidecar, And you dont feel any difference to it ! 😄
a Sunday so lazy i slept through most of it. after a couple of days of very low end detailing. mainly with fibreglass and epoxy mastic . oh and a lot of sanding disks. Cheers for the vid
Awesome video Geoff i love hearing car nerd talk haha just as i love talking nerdy about Lexus and Skoda.I did notice the Octy vrs and the Fabia vrs there.Great days were the older ones but now they have gone all silly and boring(no surprise).Hopefully look forward to see you 2 guys do more together.
I saw a really hot Volvo estate in black. It was steaming like a train and weeing on the floor and it pulled up and the driver asked if I was a mobile mechanic. 😂 I was fixing a focus in the street. Apparently the water pump wasn't well and I am a mobile mechanic as that'll be 4 other people's cars I've worked on in a week 😂😂
you got to get the 1:18 scale lot bigger ithe best 1 i got is ESCORT RS TURBO s1 mk3 and a ford box set of escort RS TURBO`S mk 1 to mk5 need the rovers not got any of them
Wow Geoff your volvo colour was called doom blue by the trade in the past. It's used by many manufacturers. I think it's fabulous 👌. Eg ford are using it these days on focus ST
@@georgehodnett6135 there's a wipe kit now available. Gonna try it on my Crossfire and MX5 this week. Then my JCW kitted Dooper and E46 mapped 330 M-Sport. (I need more cars).
I have experienced Hereford's roads and they aren't good but I bet South Staffs are at least equally bad, where they border with Dudley's. You don't need to look for any welcome to South Staffordshire notices. Just look at the state of South Staffs roads as you cross the border.
