For Summer I hope they go one best of one round robin followed by a best of two round robin based on seeding from the first round robin. Consistent broadcast times, more games, no ties and a little bit of adaptation. Can prep the first draft, normal experience second draft.

the first episode was kind of rough because meteos seemed pretty nervous but now he seems to have been hanging out with these other two for years. big props on the pickup

I remember I completed the LCS survey during/after worlds. 1 point I recommended (out of quite a few) was getting streamers like Meteos back to a show like Next Level where they will use their natural charisma to help LoLEsports grow. Have them cast/ be a part of the broadcast to market to regular players who love the game. That genuine passion is so easily conveyed to viewers. Another point I recommended was making LCS pros play on the same patch as us regular players - seeing a pro play a cool champ with a cool build should make players want to hop on League and try it out! Bedore we could not - there was a clear disconnect - almost like the pros were playing a different game. But not anymore! Live patch, baby!! This may be a bit difficult for coaches/ players to adapt - but this is what us regular players go through as well. Now it feels like we are playing the same game - what i see on screen during an LCS game is what I will see in-game. I am curious how the balancing will be from here on out. I am so happy to see both points have been implemented! I hope this is the right step in the right direction. I wish I could remember what other points i recommended on that survey. i m european, i m really not liking the content or the gameplay or the players of the lec besides perkz and it doesnt seem like perkz is ever gonna win again, meanwhile i m loving LCS content and gameplay - 100% serious i think all the teams are better than all the LEC teams no cap - and the dive has been brilliant with meteos, keep him on, handcuff him if you have to :P big fan of dhokla even before he joined LCS, i remember when he was basically a fiora main in challenger playing against revenge and viper all the time and massively impressed by palafox since last season so i m an NRG fan (was a CLG fan during the pobelter/doublelift/xmithie days so fits in) but i m liking the 100T kids, especially sniper, been a big fan of viper for many years now and i wanna see this kid do well cause viper was really hard done by - think he had potential to be a great player in LCS, he s been the best soloq player in na for like 8 years now by far.. so i wanna see sniper do well and i like what i m seeing from him and the rest of his team but they need time, its still early. i like jojo and berserker, think this c9 roster should be the best western team if they all play to their peak potential but they have to prove it. i m down to watch shopify as well. i m down to watch TL with umti, that kid's cool! immortals.. i m sorry but i ll never root for you when you built shit rosters instead of getting good players to play with revenge who s another one like viper who could ve been one of the best players in the LCS for NA.. DIG i m down to watch, i remember their qtpie/scarra rosters and i like the current iteration. flyquest.. idk man i hate tank/juggernaut players so i wanna see them fail not gonna lie (talking about bwipo) but inspired is too good for that team to be THAT bad unless botlane and midlane are completely useless. anyways, thanks for the pod, keep it up, LCS has been really fun both last season and this season. just hope we can get rid of BO1s eventually.

C9 drafted abyssmally. The Vayne pick works in isolation but C9 tried to make proactive plays, dives with a really "kite back, disengage" style team comp. They removed a lot of agency and ability to initiate their own plays, really odd stuff.

I like Meteos' point about River's consistent performance across different teams, often bottom half teams in terms of roster as well. As highly as I thought of River beforehand, not many junglers do that historically tbh

Mantra E is obviously the choice for engaging or answering an engage, but I'm not sure if all the non Karma players realize that it's not a typical ult cooldown. Saving mantra for an engage is like holding onto saplings instead of putting them in bushes because they might time out.. You can usually use mantra for both poke and shield, and holding mantra for E when nether team is ready to engage is silly. If both teams are sitting around poking each other it's better to block damage with normal E and mantra your Q to answer the poke.

I love me some Mark, but I love Meteos's inclusion on this.

Have to take a little exception to Meteos labeling Team Liquid as just drafting super safe comps. Each week, the first game of the weekend TL has drafted something a bit wild (personally I thought those drafts were kind of garbage) and then after losing they respond with a super safe, consistent draft. This seems to make complete sense and is the opposite of how Meteos is framing it.

If Karma rushing Malignance, Karma then actually works w/ AP junglers like Lilia and Brand, too.

PLEASE get Meteos a better resolution image for the intro, seeing his pic compared to Azael/Kobe's is funny but I'm sure he has a photo of himself that's better than 150p lol

Why do they talk about adding questions from twitter every episode but never have the questions on the episode? I feel like they could do a fans question segment every single dive episode.

I think what could really bring this podcast to another level was if the audio streams of the different mics were spatial separated. So azael audio was highlighted more on the left audio channel, kobe in the middle and meteos more on the right audio channel.

Thanks meteos for calling out pros for jizzing early and going kzkendy xo mode, azir is so not balanced rn and should never be let through. We shouldn’t pick azir to conceed early pressure and farm up only to play as malphite later on. It doesnt work. A lot of mids do not look good on it and lck mids are so stable on it. been a diamond masters azir player for a while whens the last time azir was 52 wr bc its literally never happened
