LDS Missionary Homecoming. Welcome home Elder Rothlisberger from serving in Cote d'ivoire Yamoussoukro mission and also the San Diego Mission. Some of these missionaries serving during the pandemic served 2 different missions. If they were serving foreign they had to return home for a short bit and some finished stateside.
