Hej, is there any recommendations of recipe of these with dry yeast form u...Its not good and not your philosophy i know but where I live its impossible to get a sour dough and I really miss kanelbullar...
Sour dough with kanelbullar is really horrible, Even if you only know how to bake is with fermention, you shouldnt do it with kanelbullar. I will personally throw you out of Sweden if I find out your making kanelbullar with a fermented dough.
Nice! you took one of the best,simple fast thing to make and made it slow and ugly. Who in their right mind would like to have their kanelbulle all krusted up in a sour dough?
