Usually when I use my LMM it always lasts 2 weeks (no chip) I always like to take my time when prepping cuz thats the most important part i know the kit doesnt include prep pads so i would use acetone or rubbing alcohol after buffing my nails with the nail file so that all the dust and oil on my nails is clean, maybe thats why the nail popped off cuz there was still natural oils so the gel didn’t stick personally I never had that issue. Overall I love my LMM ❤
Yeah the popping off happened to me too. I found that when they say make that first coat thin, they mean SUPER thin, like, barely there, scraped over, thin, and then regular thin coats after the first thin coat. But speaking of you trying things, I'd love to see how you make out with a builder gel and then just filing off colour and infilling instead of full removals. I do find builder gel never comes off or peels! But while infills are easy I am not sure about adding colour over it.
Thanks for the suggestions- I’ll have to try again with super thin coats!! I really wanted to love it. I haven’t filled with builder gel before, but my gel manis are usually pretty thin, I feel like it might be more work to buff off the color & fill. Maybe if I kept it clear! 🤔 I’ll have to play around with it more!
i have the same issue too! but i recently got their builder gel so thinking to have that as the first layer then the colour and also use another brand's gel top coat over all that! i like their colour selection (and ofc the cute lamp) so i will probably start incorporating other brands of gel with this to make it last longer hopefully!
I am glad to see you review this I wanted to see you review this I got one color with the light and bought the removal bags as well . I did not like my color it was a sparkly one it was pretty but the clean up on it with it being a sparkly one was not easy. I will buy the prep pads and removal ones to use with other gel polish like my gelish they work great.
Great review. Can you do a review of Dazzle Dry? I’ve been using it and have been really happy with the results. It’s a no cure polish systems that has been consistently lasting for 7 to 9 days. I’d be interested in your opinion of it.
I have also requested the same...please try DD, I have asked a few youtubers that I follow ( Go Polished is one) and so far no one has tried or reviewed it. My guess is that for most if the products are not given to them as a promotion they don't test and review that brand.I LOVE LOVE LOVE DD! Thats all I use. I have 'problem' nails and nothing else lasts or causes less damage or actually helps improve the condition of my nails like DD does!
Thats awful! I have always wanted to get this gel but its 36€ here in Europe and I keep puting it off! There are many people who like it,and you give me a shock!!! Wont get it ! Thanks Amanda!!!!
