Le Somaliland a déclaré son indépendance y’a plus de 30 ans, sauf que personne ne la reconnaît.
Or, il y’a quelques semaines, l’Éthiopie a conclu un accord directement avec le Somaliland sans consulter la Somalie.
En agissant de la sorte, l’Ethiopie reconnaît de facto l’indépendance du Somaliland. Évidemment, ça crispe pas mal les autorités somaliennes. On risque un nouveau conflit en mer Rouge.
Alors pourquoi est-ce que l’Ethiopie s’est rapprochée du Somaliland ? Y’a-t-il réellement un risque d’éclatement d’un nouveau conflit armé ?
