She wants to speak fully in british accent in this interview but she's not pulling it all out. She used american accent but there are words that she sounded british.

chikkachinijohannady She was not. Was studying premed when cast in Miss Saigon. But, later on, went to Fordham U, in NY. Maybe it was during or after her first Broadway stint. I think she finished Child Psychology or some psych course.
She can speak UK accent we all know that from her few UK interviews before. She's just holding it back because she was already bashed before copying UK accent.
