Why don’t you take the reform at tier 3 that gives a 50% local tax edict? It seems super OP for early game and the opportunity cost is low since it only costs 50 reform progress to change later.

@Troggedemic 50% is not that much and with 200% state cost (167% with this reform) it's probably not even worth in most of cases

@@ZlewikkTV I know you know what your doing, I was just addressing the fact that the commenter in the video only mentioned the province value, not the control of trade. But it's as you said, they're going to colonize the new world. I assume they're going to send some of that trade through the North Sea where you have majority control.

@@ZlewikkTV at best once you form scandinavia they will have +15 morale damage -25 regiment drill loss and either +15 shock damage or -20 morale damage recieved depending on what privelage you choose

zlewik actualy i think u oversaturated deving dalaskogen YES deving dalaskogen was the biggest bait in history of eu4 but only before expand infrastructre got buffed after the buffs deving dalaskogen is actualy very good as long as its to 30/15 dev Becous every expand infrastrucre u do there is much more important then on anyother province in the game Thats becous of the Buffs 5% productions (that sacles with flat bonus) and 5% Good producte modifre Okey its not a huge buufs but if u dev to 30 its 10% and 10% thats pretty nice specialy when u upgrade monument to lvl 3

You are talking about long term deving, not so worth to overpay for deving early as you wont take a big advantage of these
