They aren't trading for the sake if it. If they don't see that they can get anyine better they don't ytade so they will likely hikd in to Lilligren.

Dumbest decision ever. Liligren has been pretty good for two years now. He had what.. 30+ points last year? Still 25 years old? with great underlying numbers? They ARE going to regret this. What happens if/when Timmins gets injured? No so much depth then. You are relying on Myers and bad knee Hokanpaa? Ridiculous.

30+ points after coming from high ankle sprain while barely getting any playing time. Leafs have horribly mismanaged Lilly and they'll regret it. He had 17 pts in 21 games when Reilly was out.

Agree with your statement The only reason to get rid of Liljegren is for cap reasons. You know Leaf fans, they hate their own, but just love minor leaguers, or bottom enders from non playoff teams.
