Learn to create a cute pair of nature-inspired earrings with this beginner-friendly wire wrapping/wire weaving tutorial.
Materials:
20 and 28 gauge round, soft wire (I purchased mine from RioGrande.com)
6mm beads (2 per earring) Cat's eye beads on Amazon: amzn.to/2W9VBxF (I purchase my gemstone beads on Etsy)
Ear wires of your choice
Tools Used:
Chain Nose Pliers (I use Xuron tweezer nose: amzn.to/2qgGwOR And Wubbers chain nose: amzn.to/2Oexzxv )
Round Nose Pliers, (I use Wubbers: amzn.to/2rJlVD6 )
Flush Cutters, (I use Xuron Maxi Shear: amzn.to/2rLWcdf and Micro Shear: amzn.to/2qWbEmG )
Ruler: amzn.to/2DleG82
Fine tip sharpie (optional): amzn.to/3bXkjbn

Hey beautiful lady, those are really pretty. I hope you are safe and well. Where did you get that bobin you had your thin wire on ? It was so funny to see one of the first pairs of earrings you made when first starting out..they almost looked like my starters. What a long way you (we) have come. I thought I was doing so good back then putting beads on a head pin then attaching an ear wire until I quit letting wire intimidate me. Thank you for your hard work.

Thanks so much for watching and commenting ^_^ These are the bobbins I use for finer gauge wires: amzn.to/3aXbNIG They work really well for when you want to weave straight off the spool, because they tension the wire just right :) I know what you mean, it's fun to look back at early pieces and see where we've grown!

I buy my copper wire from RioGrande.com. They sell it in both 4 oz (item #132453) and 1 lb spools (item #132320). You may need to create an account with them to see items/prices.
