Tracer being a hard throw isn't the best though. Whenever tracers good the game is good. Whenever tracers not the game usually isn't. That's my biggest*signal* it's a concern.

@edmgclone tracers, sombra and widow have been meta for so long, it's high time it changed bro. They're boring characters.

larger hp pools but less healing and more importantly less burst healing. other than tanks being completely targeted, killing supports is gonna be easier and you wont have to deal with raid boss supports during average fights. still annoying but its a step in the right direction

Good tanks that play corners with good cool-down management will see this patch as a buff”gm+”. The average “stand in the middle of nowhere “ tanks will see this as a nerf

5v5 is a big part of why tank is so bad

@defaultdan7923 No, that's not true at all. I'm gm1 #230 on the NA ladder, and tank is the strongest role in the game if you know what you're doing. Hadidaddy#1576, if you wanna check. Tanks can take over an entire match with how much space and pressure they can apply. It can suck when they run something like Mei bastion and ur player rein or something, but that logic can be applied to any hero like if a tracer plays into torb brig. The role just doesn't feel weak if you know what you're doing.

Yeah no increase to slam. So 1/4 of peoples hp down to 1/5 is rough, he’s very in and out, and I don’t think he will be able to stay in long enough to combat the higher hp pools. I’m thinking he needs 25% faster attack speed on his shotgun, and maybe an extra bullet or faster recharge rate on his bullets. So like 5 capacity instead of 4. This way, if he gets his empowered punch off, it still hurts, the stun duration could stay low, but he can still kill off of it unless they get saved. Right now I think in live patch they lowered the stun, which is fine whatever less CC time is what people want, but we can compensate by making him able to capitalize on that small window if he’s good enough.

Did you guys read the patch? He got HP buffs, increased damage on punch and the projectile size increase will affect his shotgun

@@guilhermedecarvalhofernand1629 yeah of course I did. But we play doomfist, I think. Dooms punch is not the main source of his damage, it almost all comes from the gun and slam. I understand that the projectile change will be slight, but doom almost always already is landing his shots on punch targets. You can’t really miss. Don’t get me wrong if they didn’t buff the punch he’d be F tier for certain, but the problem with doom is that currently doomfist relies on his shotgun most of the time to kill people, and the shotgun is going to be significantly weaker if everyone has more health, and his shots don’t do the anti effect like a dps. In addition his slam creates lower pressure and kill threat for his frequency of dives. Finally, meteor strike already had to be very accurate to get effective damage out, with the increase to hp, you won’t be able to meteor strike combo with slam in either order any longer. You have to do your punch now to create a kill threat, which is huge. Or you could think about it this way. Dooms gun used to be able to kill a 200 hp target in 4 shots if he hit all of it. With increased hp, doom still only has 4 shots, he can’t reload or have more shots like other heroes. He must wait. So all they need to do is either give him a 5th shot for the extra 50 hp, give him faster attack speed for the burst and thereby faster recharge rate, or give him faster recharge of his shots, which essentially would be the same as an extra shot anyways.

I think the projectile buff is significant enough to make him feel about the same. It kinda sucks they made difficult to play heroes even harder to play, but then again you have to remember if the enemy receives less healing then killing them is actually easier now. Most kills on doom, 9/10 times you arent just soloing the enemy backline, but more so youre playing with your team and finally see the support on half hp and you can now secure the kill. but they would heal to full hp before you could blink, now its easier to catch enemies lacking. so yeah I agree his punch buff is barely any damage compensation, but his projectile size increase should be good, dont know the exact numbers but doom is a character that if you cant land your shotgun he is useless anyway. @@Summonick2

5 seconds just for passive to kick in and 20h per second, if you get to like 50 and wait till you're like 190 that's 12 seconds out of combat.

Tracer is usually good for most metas

@@Maxarcc She was always forcing out CDs, depending on map and comp the dps passive in half of the situations isn't gonna change much. if monkey is meta then I feel like she could or would be meta.

They already buffed Spam-zo, S76 will be next, then buffs to ult charge rate for Tracer....

The more health there is, the LESS valuable healing will become. And yes, they have been nerfed, most of the healing they all do will be 20% less, forcing them to heal even more and be able to deal less dmg instead.

@@MetroOW it's not a global nerf to the supports, just to the target of the DPS. And the DPS part from the support wasn't in their main interest to begin with, was just another thing they could do if their allies we're good, and they had a chance to pick up on a low HP enemy. This new narrative of them having all these bloated kits and dmg on top of it is so brain-dead to play. Also, kiriko Suzu , bap lamp, Ana nade not even addressed. And they reduced CD on their enhanced passive. How is this a nerf?

@@vendetasebastian8867 well you have to understand that the target that usually requires healing is the target that is being damaged. I do think supports on average will have to spend more time healing and will have less time for damage. We will see next season I guess :)

No its just because everyone will have more health increased so the range to kill a 250 health hero is 30m instead of 50 for 200 hp

@@7bm7k06 just went into practice range and oneshot reaper (250 hp) at 47.5 meters, also widow oneshots 200 hp at 54.5 meters

Yes, It was said in a dev interview that he is top of the list for a rework, along with reaper. No timeline for when that will be released or even shown was said though.

I dont think he does 250 dmg with nanoblade cause blade is 110 + 50 dash 1.5x with nano is 240 hp.

@@nevs_h2002 I was talking about after the patch. He does 240 with nano blade right? Most characters will have 250+ health. Meaning genji would still need to swing twice and dash to kill someone EVEN with nano blade.

I think he’s arguing that extra tankiness is useful, and he puts down a lot of damage and is less weak to the longer range burst heroes. I don’t really agree, but that’s what he’s thinking. I mean technically, you lose your headshot body shot combo, but at the same time headshots become easier to hit and still do 140?

his shield is so damn big, you miss that thing more than once then your aim must be ass. Cd will always be the same length unless they change it, its actually gonna be better for rein based off those notes as he gets more damage compensation for the hero hp buffs unlike other heroes

A Rein without his shield is a dead one, especially with DPS damage causing heal nerfs meaning your support cant keep you alive while enemy bastion/torb/turret go brrrrrrr. On paper Rein looks good, but i feel like when executed Rein will still be dogshit. Execpt lower medal ranks

@@johnnymasterson7530 Torb does not go brrr against shields, only bastion. If your shield is getting broken before the fight and there's no bastion, I don't think you're using your shield well.

@@DontBeBad its used in junction with the armor health rein has as well as playing into natural cover. You already mentioned its nearly impossible to miss the shield, but now if you lower your shield to allow your armor to eat the damage, the dps passive weakens the healing you get. Enemies are gonna live longer with larger health pools and bigger projectile size meaning more overall damage. I just dont believe Rein is gonna be that relevant still. To many better choices. Except in lower medal ranks.

They didn’t buff his dmg but imo the hp buff is huge on him, more so the on other characters since he’s so slippery and has constant regen, + faster projectile is a pretty big buff, also bigger boop is actually massive, think about how many times you get a big boop but they just barely remain on the ledge, if this is real I can’t wait to try him out

I think it needs to be all at once or else the game breaks, imagine the HP increase without the dps passive that decreases the heals or vice versa. It might not come live right now but if it does some day I'm pretty sure I'll be in it's entirety

It's like 90% real. So bad and sad. I don't believe most leaks yet they want easy low skill no skill for casual players, no more one shot snipers, and no one dies so kids have more fun?? I won a game tournament at 10 beat adults etc back in my day. Now everything is made for 2 year Olds that never grow a brain I guess. No fun no skill. Time to go fly a kite and uninstall. So yes... it sounds like everything Blizz wants. No skill no dying no brain no comp no fun. Aka no more 6v6.

i legitimately don’t understand why you guys won’t just give it a chance. this is literally the first time they have bothered to do something about this stale gameplay loop, but apparently it’s the wrong thing to do despite nobody having even tested the changes.

right it should have been 125 or 130 so that you could still 2 slice 250hp heroes. I know they want to get rid of burst dmg in the game or weaken it but dragonblade is an ultimate, so having insane burst dmg on that shouldn't be a problem.

widow, genji, hanzo all needs to be buffed.
