How many starting 5's did ham try this year? Like 20? How many times were we so close to winning and ham makes a substitution that derails the flow. How many turnovers from players being uncoordinated. Ad is arguably a top 4 defensive player in the league, lebron is stil averaging 25 a game. It's not them. It's the coaching staff, they have the talent and the depth they just need a cohesive game plan.

No, the Lakers best player is 39 years old, in 21st year and he has to be their main playmaker, he wears out in the 2nd half. The Lakers were one of the worst teams in the NBA in the 1st half in the regular season because Ham rarely put together game plans, he does not make adjustments at halftime, which is why they get killed in the 3rd, then by that time Lebron is exhausted, being old AF, and AD is not talented enough to run the offense...they don't have another guard outside of DLO who can run the offense decently, and DLO is a basket case. Everybody knew they needed to trade DLO since last playoffs when he disappeared. At his age, Lebron should not be the main playmaker, playing 40 minutes a game...just really bad roster management. Lebron SHOULD be terrible and this team would be a 25 win team, but for some reason he is still a top 10 player and they almost won 50 games...

He isn't a ball handler and can't shoot. He relies on other guys, but the only true ball handler is 39 and exhausted by that point. All Denver has to do is play deny defense, Lebron has no legs at that point, and the other 3 lakers, no matter who they are, just aren't good. Denver knows it can just work Lebron and he will wear out, and the Lakers have no dogs or depth when he struggles or needs rest. I think they would be favored against most teams outside of Denver. Compare that to the Bucks who lost Giannis but are still competing because they have a balanced roster of good players. THe weird thing is this team might have won the championship last year if Murray or Jokic gets a sprained ankle. Hell, even this year.
