What is floor barre?
Train Like a Ballerina floor barre combines ballet movements with strength and conditioning and flexibility training. All workouts are conducted on the floor. Making it beneficial to absolute beginners to professionals. By taking our training to the floor, we're able to focus on particular movements, which muscles are being used, pick up imbalances and strengths and weaknesses and target those specific areas.

I cannot thank you enough!!! I had double knee replacement surgery over a year ago and my glutes had turned to mush! I tried every flute workout u can imagine even the glute guy but I was never sore! Until this short video! I love to train like a ballerina I always have bc I love the look! So thanks again and keep um coming! Btw, I really appreciate it when you show the next workout in the small window upper left corner!!! More plz👏❤

Awesome! Ty so much I love your videos and your personality is perfect! Great job! I have a ?. I get cramps in my feet and toes when I point? I’m 51 and suffer from Crohn’s disease which causes malnutrition but I supplement very well so any idea is great appreciated! ❤
