It's being built right next to the Leander CapMetro rail station. Bit of a walk, but you can get access to downtown Austin or anything between that. Even more options once that light rail cap metro keeps promising is finished.
Why on earth would you build a new “downtown” when there’s already a nice downtown area that can be further developed? I hate these large scale fake developments
