Sean I literally use everything you teach and it all gets amazing reactions. I'm going for a job as a magician at a restaurant in June so wish me luck!
Great stuff, thank you! Something that confuses me while watching card tutorials is the orientation of your hands (me having to mirror your movement), not sure what the solution is but it scrambles my mind lol. Nice video again!
I enjoyed this video a lot. I very much like your 4 piles false cut at 4:55. I keep fooling myself when I do it. I like doing it with the deck starting on the table horizontal. Right hand undercuts 1/4 to top of the deck and rear left thumb holds break. Then I undercut off and place piles 1 and 2 in front of me with my right hand, then lift up deck with left hand leaving 3, and reaching forward to place 4. It really looks very random in the reassembly, particularly as both left and right hands can be moving to add packets to pile 4.
Great video Sean! I am always looking to add to my repertoire and you can’t go wrong with false cuts! Going to practice these and then try them out! Have you ever made that Discord the community discussed during the live? #Roadto11K!
Ya know it's gonna be a banger of a video when it starts off with your favorite magician (you!!) referencing your other favorite magician (Ben earl!!) This is some high quality material!!! Love ya bro!
That natural-looking, finessed, finessed cut will go nicely with my own finessed Zarrow for table work, thanks! I generally dislike false cuts - they're mostly too obvious - and so use a four-packet Sybil because the flourish itself acts as misdirection, so it doesn't even have to look natural. It's just you, messing around. But trouble with that, is it signals a level of skill it's often better to hide from spectators.
Brilliant as ever. Practical, applicable, the sort of teaching others would charge big $ for, so if anyone watching hasn't hit that "Subscribe" button yet... Do it now. And share the Love. Respect.
Hey I was wondering if u can do a tut on 2 push through riffle shuffle control & how to pick up 3/4 of the deck & strip the cards onto the pack already on the table while maintaining perfect full stock control in NDO
6:49 I don't get it. There is some error in your showing here. Deck 1 was on the bottom, then deck 2 was second bottom, then deck 3 was second on top, and deck 4 was on top. Now, when you reassemble it was: Deck 4 is on bottom, deck 1 second on bottom, deck 2 second from top, and deck 3 on top?? None of the decks were reassembled to their original position in the whole deck?? It's a mess up and therefore the deck was not false cut. Can you show that again?
