Finally a tutorial that just gives me the information that I need to get started instead of a 12 hour playlist of an example project in Blender, by the end of which I forget how to do anything. Thank you so much!
This is so motivating. I almost gave up on Blender because of some other tutorials that made me think that I could never do this. I will keep going and add this to my list of skills thanks to you. You are amazing :))
that's because you've watched the donut tutorial. its like going to school and listen the lessons at first then watch it again in youtube its similar to reviewing/ studying.

I am a beginner to Blender. I have been exposed to many tutorials on Blender. Without a doubt you are the best instructor on the subject! The difference is most want to show you what they know, and you teach what you know! Your videos are easy to follow, thank you! I produce tutorial on video editing on RU-vid, so I understand what is involved. Thank you for your excellent work!
The fact you gave me some motivation to not click off and actually learn was really helpful. I wanna be a 3d artist but get overwhelmed this video is making it really easy im not done yet but that part really made me smile thank you .
I had a mini-breakdown over blender because I was unable to figure out the UI despite looking at other tutorials. Your tutorial is immensely helpful. Instant subscriber!
I've watched 20 minutes of this Blender tutorial, with Blender opened on my second screen, trying to follow each step... I feel like a noob even though I've been using Illustrator professionally for almost 30 years! It's refreshing to feel this bad at something after so many years of being a pro in an adjacent field, thank you!
Hands down the best tutorial on youtube about basics of blender! Straight to the point! In other videos it takes 20 minutes just to tell you how to resize....... But this, this is Awesome! Good job! i had to log in to my account on youtube JUST to subscribe to you Sir! Thank you!
@@3dgreenhorn bro i kinda get this feeling that u will grow fast now becaue of this short tutorial and also u were recommended to me...so congrats in advance
I downloaded Blender like a year ago, was completely overwhelmed and deleted it. I’m glad I decided to redownload it, your video was extremely helpful in making this program understandable.
So I'm definitely an absolute beginner to making 3D animation. I do have interest in it. I have tried other tutorials with Blender. While it's still hard for me to grasp all the things you went through here on my own I feel like your tutorial has been the best in terms of someone like myself. Your tutorial definitely helped to make Blender a little bit more understandable. Even a little bit counts in my opinion.
Hands down the best Blender tutorial in the internet, straight to the point, fast without omitting any important details. If this guide would be a little slower would take an hour plus to get it done. I'm not a design expert but I have designed before so for sure these tutorial explain everything you need to know for modeling quite complex objects.
Yeah I honestly was wondering how it would sound at .75 playback speed, because this (Microsoft Sam?) sounded faster than usual and you can only change the videos playback speed in .25 intervals through RU-vid, ya see now.... RU-vid has an option on PC and I believe on newer smart phones as of a year or so ago, to change the playback speed of a video by first hovering over the youtube video, clicking the little gear icon, and then you will see the playback speed option to change it from .25 of the original playback all the way to 2x the original. I realized this sounded kinda rude re-reading it, or like just comes off like im trying to be an ass with my explanation, but that was honestly completely accidental, I wrote parts of it at different times, going back to add certain missed details, I could also just be realllyyyy stoned
This video is a 'go to' whenever I forget something, thank you for keeping it fast and objective! There's so many tutorials out there that keep stalling us to get that view time, this is a service to mankind!
Thanks a lot for all the value everyone (me included) can find in such a perfectly done tutorial on 'blender'. Absolutely worth watching until the very end.
SORRY, I forgot to Thank You for the Excellent Tutorial. With All Honesty, this has been the BEST BLENDER TUTORIAL I have tried. I have been looking for a Good Beginners Blender Video Tutorial because honestly, if you are not familiar with Blenders UI, You will be Overwhelmed & give up. You Inspired me to keep going & NEVER GIVE UP UNTIL I WILL BE SUCCESSFUL. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK & THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH FOR MAKING THIS TUTORIAL.
Thank you very much this tutorial helped me so much I watched many other tutorials and was completely confused but you explained everything in a very simple way. Thanks a lot :)
This was precisely the demo I was looking for, explaining all the things that might be obvious to others but not to noobs like me!! Thank you so much!!!!
Thank you so much !! I'm a maya user for 6 years and blender was to different for me to understand, your videos showed me everything i needed to know i order to to stuff into blender, You're a hero !
Thank you! This was so helpful to re-learning stuff I had forgotten previously, and also to get used to Blender's new interface compared to when I previously learned it.
Best beginner tutorial iv watched, and iv been wanting to use blender for a while now but the “BEGINNER” videos weren’t so beginner friendly. Great video. 👌🏽🇿🇦
Thank you so much for this video! I tried using blender 3 times in the past and gave up because they were too complicated. Yours was the first I saw that was direct to the point and easy to follow. I hope you have a good one! 💕
I came from a different 3d modeling app and wanted to shift to Blender. But having to go through the donut tutorial is very counterintuitive. Thanks for this!
This is pretty cool! I was somewhat into modeling about 16-17 years ago, (not professionally), i mastered the original Z-Modeler back then, it was pretty basic, but it was all i needed. Now i'm planning to get a 3d printer, and i need my rusty skills refreshed, and wow Blender is pretty awesome! You can do a bunch of stuff in a few minutes that took back then a whole afternoon! It's pretty crazy actually! Edit: Great tutorial btw, its as clear and comprehensive as it can be, exactly what i was looking for! 🥂
THIS is what i needed. I used to have zbrush and other industry software when I was a student so I know how to model but good god blenders UI drives me insane. All the core tools I need in one video. thank you!
Man, I can't thank you enough! This is my 1st time opening, blender (And Actual doing something on it), and thanks to you I learned a lot in under 18 minutes (Over course, with pauses and rewinds)!
I have an unfightable surge to send you a marriage proposal rn omg a SHORT, QUICK, CONCISE, EFFICIENT tutorial with everything I need without talking for ages god bless you, I have tears in my eyes as I type this
8:28 - I have hunted days for this, and it is very well worth the hunt. Thank you. Much to learn from this, but at least I have somewhere to start now.
Ok, this was an amazing video, I had to pause now again for the info to digest, but everything relevant and excellent. Thank you good sir, I have subscribed. Coming from 3ds Max, this was so needed.
I am a 58 year old and having some computer experience, few days back I installed blender and today is the first day to learn blender basic commands. thank you so much for uploading this video which is help full to learn the blender students like me. thank you once again
i last used blender back in late 2000s making personal rpg characters and ive forgotten all the basic stuff such as navigation and hotkeys. This was very helpful
