Nice, it's not easy to find good information about simulations in Blender, glad to see a book on this topic!! In this book, do you cover numerical/mathematical aspects of the solvers? I found it really difficult to compare Blender results with Computational Fluid Dynamics codes due to the lack of information in the Blender documentation about more technical details.
