Mind blowing video from Kenji. I still wonder while practising. In excel data provided by my friend I can see only few tabs ( no hidden tabs) but when I try loading to power query there are many sheets available in front of me. What is that!

The header should be the same in all the files in the source file prior to the append or merge process in the power query

Hi @KenjiExplains , Would you be kind to quickly guide me with this simple query: I have a Monthly report master sheet where the data is combined from multiple data report sheets in use of PQuery. The Master sheet columns started with Name of Staff, Prepared Dates, Number of prepared Documents, and location source of document. I want to extract specific columns and data from the master sheet and create a separate sheet table. I only want column of Prepared Dates, and Number of of Documents The number of Document column must be the total value or sum of figures for the same prepared date. The date sum value will auto update (no need to refresh) once the master sheet is updated with additional figures of prepared dates. Thanks for the help. - Jay

This is great, but next cycle comes around and you'll need to compile and clean the data again. Is there a way to simply load the data (from same format) and apply the transformation steps previously used to automatically to streamline the output?

Hello kenji... whats the point to put currency on power query when close and load currency doesn't appear, so i need to put the currency again. Why? see you also have the same result. So what's the point putting the currency on power query if you need to put it again.
