Great video! Extremely helpful. How do you hire help to monitor the studio when you are away? What site? And how much do you pay them? What is their job requirements? (Cleaning, social media, etc?)
Thank you Joy! I personally just hired friends / people I already knew who are creatives themselves. If you don't know anybody who'd be willing to take on the job, try to find local photographers / creatives and ask them if they know anybody who'd like to make some extra money. A lot of young photographers, designers, music artists, etc would be happy to because it's also a great way for them to meet other creative people. I start them at $15/hr and after a few months bump them up to $20/hr. Responsibilities are mainly to greet guests, clean /organize space, be there in case the guest needs anything, let me know when we're running low on supplies, take BTS videos on their phone, and post/interact on Instagram.

Unfortunately my personal because I didn’t have an LLC established at the time. But looking back I would def do it under an LLC + a separate bank account than all of your other income!
