Just a plasma cutter, tube bender and welder...that's all we used, oh and a grinder. Glad you liked the bumper, our fabricator is very creative and came up with a nice design.

Well the 2 trucks we are building for the TV show are too new to do a dash, but we will see it we can find someone that wants one in an older Ranger or maybe a 90's Bronco...glad you like our videos. That is always great to hear.

Snore/score roll cage tips next? I cant find good videos on tube bending and where bends will go and basic stuff like welding the top of a cage tips would be good to put out there for everyone. I hope you guys get a chance.
I agree the heads are the issue but we did see a noticeable improvement. The trucks has a Flowmaster muffler on it and a tune. This is my daily driver and I can definitely tell a difference. We might look into new heads or just porting the factory ones if the budget allows.
That is a good idea...with bending it will vary depending on the die that is in your bender. Some come with a 7" radius and some have 8" radius, so that part would be different.
that is really awesome what you guys are showing us , I'm trying to build my prerunner bumpers and you're videos are my blue prints , 1000 thanks for that. where can I buy one of those portable tube benders ? I have a harbor freight brand very hard to use, the tube gets flatter or wrinkle every time. you are the man Austin, you know you're s**t. Its a nicely done guys.
thats a good idea, and i was thinking of that anyways, even though i like the step side. but thats why they make full length step bars i guess. have you all thought of incorporating a light bar into the bed cages? thats one thing i would do personally

Hate to say it, but that high flow air filter isn't going to add anything to this truck unless it has had some serious head work. That's the weak link with Rangers. The stock manifold, and intake have a higher volumetric flow rate than what is allowed by the heads.
You should really take a class in welding, or even consider getting certified. It's not really something you should just jump into. It could get dangerous and expensive if you mess up.
This ranger for sale on craigslist? What's the next project? I was just browsing around and seen it for $11,750 seems like a deal ( no I'm not interested )
ron foreman tell me, how are you going to weld without a welder? grind without a grinder? bend tube with out a bender? if you have the answers let me know dumb ass. You sound like a kid (Or immature adult) who want's to off road but you're broke and don't know anything about it
