I have a question here... I keep seeing this with text, but I have an image I've imported, and I want to have a white outline (stroke) around it, but when I right click, there is no "Convert to shape" option. How can I get the sharp corners with this?

Hi Philip. You can't get same effect with image like I did with this text. You can select your image and right click on it and go to blending options and add stroke. But problem is that when you add stroke you will get rounded edges. The other way to get sharp edge is to create shape with exactly same size like your image and align them and just add stroke to your shape and you will get that effect. I hope this helped.

I had the same issue... here's what I was able to do with tolerable results: 1. Use the magic wand tool to select the inside of your shape. 2. Right click and select "make work path". 3. Create new layer. 4. With that layer selected, choose Solid Color from a New Fill Layer / Adjustment Layer. 5. Make sure "direct selection tool" is selected, and that your work path is selected in the Paths tab. 6. Up top you should see your Fill / Stroke options available. If you can't select the "Stroke" option, make sure your Path is selected and that you're using the "direct selection tool". I hope this crude explanation helps, or at least gives you some hope that this is possible.
