Glad it was useful! We all cut ourselves, it's part of the work, haha. But the basics of holding a knife is often skipped.

True, there's some horrible cuts on reddit, people not wearing their gloves mostly. I wear mine nearly all the time now, it's just not worth the hassle of having a cut for weeks. Also wearing gloves means you can way more cavalier with the cuts too.

I started with Flexcut. It served me for a while. It depends on where you live and what is available to you. There are so many knive brands on the market!
