Today I have Jardy back as a guest to show you guys how to do his 3rd version of the Loose Legs step. This is a really fun, but complex step. Make sure you take your time to learn the details of it and then put it all together.
This was really well done, very informative and I can tell there was alot of love put in here, it's really not easy to pronounce all these different body angles in words its more easier to demonstrate but you Did it super well too....thanks bro, really appreciate your work, iv been following your work/lessons for years, and I can only say "Thank you from the bottom of my heart"... 🙌🙏🤜🤛♥️
Glad I found this, it was "so" much easier to proccess than the previous versions of the tutorial, the others went too deeply technical and you end up "looking at the trees" rather than the forest" going on.
I agree! I want some "combos" too, maybe more right to call switches. Switching from one to another. Like baby freeze to head, head to flare. You know, all that. And good exercises to improve the strength needed.
Everytime after the pivot step and before his heel step he use to take his opposite leg back that makes a difference in his way of doing the loose leg. I dont know why he didn't include this tip in his Elaboration.
Hope you got it my dude, i cant move my arms worth shit but i found i can move my legs like no tomorrow. Just practice one move till you get it down and all the rest come easily.
