Plugin Used : JHS Powerbar | Round corner
It is very simple to make :
* Draw a cricle and pushpull it
* The pushpull the face with pressing (ctrl) button
* Select the upper face and scale it with useing (ctrl) button
* Select the mid circumference and click on Round corner (offset value : 0.5)
* Select all the shape and click on view (hidden geometry)
* Select the line you want and use JSH Powerbar (extrude along path)
* Finally copy the new shape along the circumference
