I have been waiting for a video like this for so long! I'm a nail enthusiast so being able to watch YN videos that demonstrate different skills and techniques has been so helpful for learning how to do my nails. Thank you so much Karen for making this video!
I love the tips on smile lines, I am just learning and have struggled getting them even. I love the look but was dreading the process because I wasn’t having good results… definitely going to try this!
I was really looking forward to watching her file those nails down and applying top coat. Idk, but watching the sharp smile line emerge is just so satisfying. Great tutorial though. Thanks!
I've been watching for years and "Big Brother Greg" has never showed me to use the center of the nail forms to get a good smile line🤔 great idea and wonderful tip "Big Sister Karen" lol thank you for the video💐
Omgoodness... That was SO Stressful to watch girl😬💅! Those smile lines were So deep😱😳😲... Lol! Absolutely gorgeous outcome though 🤩😍❣️ Just like you said they'll be looking at you crazy. I don't know if I could have handled watching you do that to all ten of my fingers 😵💫😬😂! Great job, beautiful work 👍💅❣️ You've got a new fan and follower 💯❣️
Thank you for this ... excellent instruction and demonstration ... suitable for a beginner or an intermediate for sure ... excellent tips on rebalancing! 🙂
Question🥰 if someone plans to change it up all the time, would this be a waste and rather just paint the French on? I am a new learner of someone who just does nails on myself and a few others and I had no clue this was a thing, I just thought these smile lines were always painted on?! Thank you as always!
Yes, creating smile lines like this would be ideal if the client was going to keep this style up regularly. If they just want it for one time, then painting it one may be best.
You would price like how you would price your full sets and fills. If you have a base price for those and then it gets raised by the length and/or shape then you should do the same for a rebalance. We usually place the base price for it somewhere between a full set and fill.
Hello, I am from Germany. Do you have an online academy like we have in our country? I sometimes learned more from your videos than from my online courses here at home. This video would be a very good lesson for such an online training.

You teach well but it's hard to stay focused because I feel you're kind of over explaining and taking a while to get to the actual task .. @ little cringy. Don't mean to be offensive if that's how I'm sounding
