When I put this together, it made sense to me as it's basically the forward & backward skipping we did as kids. I can see where it will turn into basic shuffle dance when turns are added & the height & placement of the knees changes. I finally have a picture in my brain that's familiar & that I can relate & can build upon. THX SO MUCH!!! I'm happy to subscribe & give a like 💖💖💖

I never knew the shuffle is the same as the running man!!! I learned to do the running man like 30 years ago lol now I was trying to learn the shuffle omg but now I’m learning the fancy shuffle moves thanks so much

Im a heavy metal drummer and I would love to have shuffle dancing in the stage acts on stage . I have grown to respect this and it is totally about timing and fitness music is mostly 4/4 6/4 -8/4 music

My girlfriend loves to watch dancing shows . I want her to watch some of the tutorial lessons. She would be excited just to break into it and good fitness workouts. Im going to pay close attention to the lessons and hope she will adapt after her hip surgery.

thnx I will have to take this slower I'm partly crippled so will not be able to jump and shuffle as well but I tried and want to practise this, it is easy and I can maybe gain some leg and body strength but will have to be careful, I have to hold onto the chair or wall while doing it but it is a fun dance. God bless this might be easier for me to do in a swimming pool
