This method of teaching, where we have to do some effortful recall of what we have just learnt, is so good. I am learning the parts much faster. It took me a shorter time learning Tomorrow as well.
눈치 is hard to explain. It's basically being aware without having someone saying something. For example, without me telling my kids to clean their room, they would clean it because they could tell by my facial expression or my body language that I'm not happy with their messy room... so, they would clean it without me having to say it. It's basically behaving in certain way in regards to their awareness of others/judgement. So, here 눈치 없이 means, the 없이 means "without". So, 눈치 없이 means - without thinking about what others may think, taking an action without thinking of others or other's people's judgement 와버렸어 - past tense of "come", so, "came", with feeling more like "ended up coming". 눈치 없이 와버렸어 - Without regards for others/what other people think, I/you/it/they/we/he/she came (or ended up coming)
