Circumstances that require the presence of Wawu Haliyah
Wawu Hal or Wawu Haliyah is a wawu that accompanies a Number whose position is as Hal and its position can be replaced by Idz Dzorfiyah ( إذ ظرفية ). Wawu Haliyah can only accompany the amount and not other than the amount.
The existence of Wawu Haliyah must exist if:
• Total Haliyah in the form of Total Ismiyah which does not contain Robit (dlomir) which returns to Shohibul Hal
• The number of Haliyah in the form of the Number of Ismiyah begins with dlomir which is the robit for Shohibul Hal
• Total Haliyah in the form of Total Fi'liyah beginning with Fi'il Madli which does not contain Robit (dlomir) which returns to Shohibul Hal, whether preceded by nafi or not.
• If it is not preceded by nafi, it must also be accompanied by قد
• If it is preceded by nafi, it doesn't need to be accompanied by قد
