When i jumped my right leg to the left hand, i usually off my balance and ended up with hitting my hip or pressing over my shoulder and fall, i mean i dont know where to hold or put my force on my body or how to balance it.
I feel like I'm never going to get the baby freeze ! At this point, I already master the turtle freeze and can do the shoulder freeze, but I have to practice the baby freeze again and again. Thanks for the tutorial !👌
