My name is Viktor and this channel is all about tutorials, workouts & science!
• FITNESS: Focus on own-bodyweight training, particulary 𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐂𝐒 & 𝐁𝐁𝐎𝐘𝐈𝐍𝐆 (𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐃𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄) are my specialties.
• SCIENCE: Currently I'm a 𝐏𝐡𝐃 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 who studied 𝐁𝐈𝐎𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐘 and I select only the most interesting topics for you.
I try to combine both and share my knowledge and experience in both fields. My goal is to brighten your knowledge while combining entertainment with education! Plus, I'm absolutely into self-development, which I always try to incorporate a bit.
I'm sure you will find something interesting,so have a look. Every 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞, 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐫 is appreciated!

Don't like the music, but the work out is good. I'll just mute the video. Does youtube support a separate audio track. One were a voice narrates the exercise would be interesting.
Btw for anyone trying to make these moves , make sure you are flexible enough , also have strong arms & core , then everytime you want to try a move , make sure to warm up. Just saying it would be crazy to just straight try because you can really hurt your back or knees. And good luck !
When i jumped my right leg to the left hand, i usually off my balance and ended up with hitting my hip or pressing over my shoulder and fall, i mean i dont know where to hold or put my force on my body or how to balance it.
One thing I noticed about atleast 90% of people that blame their genetics, just have a shit diet and never train to even close to failure. They don’t practice r in r or any hypertrophy theories at all. The other 10% is folk who are genetically less fortunate, 90% just don’t study and work hard. This seems to track with everything in life.
Obw thing that helped me was to take off my shirt so I could feel my ribs way better and get the movement right and I was able to hold it for 3 seconds! 😃👍
Hi Vitali, I mastered the advanced frog but struggle to move my knees inside and outside. I tend to fall back since my center of gravity change. Any tips?
