Interesting 4 count not a three count on pendulum swing. Breaking down the technique with explanation is so important and often overlooked . THank you for your clear explanations.

I find the sound quality is not clear....perhaps too much echo....makes it very difficult to hear your instructions....too bad because I believe your teaching is very thorough (from what I can hear)
