Thats one thing i didnt do is find that healing from my traumas. I messed up a best friendship with my girlfriend and we met 6 years back. I regret it and im struggling to move past it but im aware of how my traumas have an affect on me and im determined to self improve. Then another difficult thing was also thinking about her and not just myself anymore. It really did take effort.
