Maybe im weird but when i was learning to do the sit spin i would try out different sit spin positions and the tuck spin and broken leg were my favorites by far and felt way more comfortable 😅 It been a minute since ive practiced them, but i cant wait to use some of tips to improve!

Thanks Coach Julia, I'm not a big fan of spinning but the backside R with boot tap or Arabesque gave me an idea about a new stop style. Very cool, you're an awesome Coach and skater!
hi! do you have a video explaining how to stay off your toepick on a two foot spin? i’ve been struggling with this lately as i tend to accidentally go on them, slowing me down when spinning… thank you!
Uh…another tough spin…no… I just made it to 4 rotations on forward scratches the other day. I’ll just continue working on that one and go for 5 rotations. Oh, did I tell you about axels? I got one during pre-lesson practice! Told coach about it at the beginning of the lesson and she says we’ll put it in the program and replace the waltz jump. That means we have lots of practicing to do, so she made me do axels for most of the lesson time. Of course I crashed the whole time…so she finishes class with a “practice harder” I think she’s a tough love person. And I like it that way.
