In my opinion, for those who want more margin in return for slower flips, it’s better to focus on buying low instead of selling high. That way you only risk wasting time if the offer doesn’t fill. If you try to sell too high, you hold the item for longer and increase the risk of a price drop. Also, if you bought low enough, you could still be fine if the price even if the price does drop on you. Love that you’re showing the graphs and thought process.

Totally agree and see where you’re coming from Nonkel! That being said, if you keep your offer low and don’t follow the margin, you can risk missing out on the margin entirely and never completing the flip. I will agree in that getting a good deal on the buy is more important than a good deal on the sell, considering the factors you listed above. thanks for the vid youve got me into flipping been buying low on random sipped pots and decanting them up then flipping for around a 80% profit tho i only buy around 3k a day always lookin forward to your vids

Rings of recoil are at an all time low right now and are a great high volume flip for beginners. Can easily shoot back up to 750-800gp!

when you say trading at the margin do you mean putting in an order at the instant sell price plus the margin? tried to follow what you said but it didn’t make that much sense to me.

Will definitely depend on what you’re flipping. High volume maybe 5-7 mins, low volume 15-20mins

Just make surw u always find the 1% of ur final price and subtract ur buying price to see ur actual margins after taxez

Haha great point Adam! Focus on high volume flips over a 1-8 hour timeframe (the longer you wait, the higher the risk but the more profit you can make per flip generally) I have plenty of smaller cashstack guides on my channel if you’re trying to learn to flip!

Haha my bad! I get carried away in the lingo. Undercut would be to list slightly above the current buy price, that way your offer fills out before someone elses. I likely referred to overcut as someone listing above my price and getting the offer in before me

6.5m an hour is pretty good in current meta imo, but yes, lower cashstacks certainly have a harder time. Flipping over longer timeframes is best now with smaller stacks

I started from 9m! Certainly takes a lot of time to build it up, but once you start to understand how flipping works? You’ll see your cash-stack start to compound exponentially and it becomes so easy to make multiple mils an hour! Hope you enjoyed the video man and thanks for watching :)
