This quilt is what I think most people envision when you say the word "quilt." It looks cozy, like your grandmother made it and very cheerful. It's just right for any season and would be perfect as a gift.

cindy, I think that's why it is so nice, it makes me think of all my grandmother's quilts. Can not decide if its the mix of colors or the look of the material and pattern.

I think this is going to be my first quilt since Covid days. I really like the layout that you ended with. I’m not sure I would do it on a white background, but I will probably do it on a light pastel background and use some ofmy scraps or a jelly roll. I do love your videos. I wish you had your store so that I could come visit. I have several of your quilt projects made into greeting cards. This one will be the next one I make into a greeting card.

Oh Donna love the Quilt and the little peach border is just yummy. I use alot of double borders on my quilts too! I also have my longarmer quilt in white alot. What an awesome pattern, to be able to create 6 different quilts from one block, that's value for money! I really like the pattern you chose Donna, and the fabric from Moda is beautiful. I could see Kaffe Fasset fabrics with a dark accent looking stunning in this design. I shall definitely be trying this pattern out. Thank you for bringing this to us.

You all should make an ASMR video! No talking, just the satisfaction of the cutting, sewing, and the longarm doing their thing. Lots of people have said could watch the longarm all day! It could be something small like a table runner you’ve already made a video on so people have the instructions already

Okay. I'm hooked. I'm in the UK and quilting has become lost in time as a traditional thing. It's a shame but I'm sure there are some dedicated quilters somewhere here. I've made a couple of very simple square block quilts now and I'm ready to try something different. This is by far the best tuition video on the net. Absolutely step-by-step, very clear and concise. Donna Jordan, your presentation style is perfect. That's because you are not thinking about yourself, you are concentrating on making it easy for us to follow. It's all about The Quilt. I'm retired now and have downsized so I don't have much table space. But I think making multiple blocks will suit me better. Jealous of your quilting machine. This quilt is a real winner - six very different layouts! The designer made it easy with the background colors too - so you can really visualize your options! I really liked your choice of fabrics on this as well, and in the end I had to agree it was the best layout. I reserve the right to change my mind when I do it though! LOL! Thank you Donna!

I made this quilt in a class. I had a lot of problems with it, not due to the pattern, but with my machine and an injury. Made it with blenders. Had a fat quarter bundle with 17 fat quarters that I really loved. Colors very strong and bright. Came out really well, despite the problems. I didn’t sew the rows together, instead making each block then sewing blocks together. Turned out larger than noted, even without the borders. Not sure why. I think I made more blocks than pattern called for. I looked at this tutorial at least 30 times when making quilt. Thank you. It was a life saver. I am happy how it looks, but will be adding borders. Quilt will be larger than pattern suggests, but that is ok with me. Again, many thanks.
