Very Good Information Sir, kya hum split ac (Copper Condenser & Evaporator) pe bhi yeh apply Kar sakti Hai.

Singh Sahab ji 90% leakages condenser coil se hoti hai because condenser coil main high pressure high temperature hota hai. Leakages 95 cases main condenser ke u bends se hi hoti hai. I always suggest to choose best Anti corrosive coating at the time of installation. If any AC installed in corrosive atmosphere will lat only one year in areas like Film City Noida and surrounding areas. less than 5% leakages occurred in any IDU. Ons can coat on copper pipe to save them from corrosion but can't save themselves from corrosion.

Good idea for avoiding the corrosion of pipes. What about the part of copper pipe/tube below the fins. They will be still be un-coated. I guess it is not possible to coat them. right?

Agar U-bend pipe (jo aap ne varnish apply kiye) thick guage ka ho to shayed us me hole na aaye corrosion se. Aap ka kya khayal hai. Mai Gulf me 30 saal se zyada tha aur hamarey AC me kabhi U-bend se aisa gas leak nahin hua. Pehle ke AC ke freon ka pressure kam tha, lekin pichle chand salon se naye freon ke use me pressure bahut high hai. Kahin aisa to nahin ke naya freon higher pressure ko introduce karne ke baad manufacturers ne thick guage U-bend ki bajaay, wohi pehle wala thin guage wala use kar rahe. woh ab high pressure bear na karke thoda sa bhi corrode hone par shayed load na lekar leak kar jaata hai. Mai ne 3 saal pehle inverter AC kharida aur 2 bar breakdown hua aur total 3 U-bend se leak hua. AC me bahut sarey pipes hote hain jo kabhi corrosion leak nahin huway, shayed isliye ke woh thick pipe hain. mai maanta hoon ke aap ne jo tarika bataya woh bahut accha hai, thanks. Lekin agar hum thick guage ke U-bend replace karen (agar available hai) to kya woh better nahin hoga aur leak ka problem permanently solve ho jayega.

Maine ac me abhi before 3 week leakage thik krwaya but abhi ac me cooling down ho gyi, cooling coil me u type or iske bgl wali pipe me ice problem aa rhi hai or compressor bnd/trip pr ice melt ho ja rhi hai..amp iska 5.20 se 5.25 aa rha hai.. kya dikkat ho skti hai isme.... august 23 ko repair krwaya or 8 September ko phir problem ho gyi..machanic kehta hai ki weather se aisa ho rha hai..
