"you can annoy your human family with them as well" Me: . . . I could have been told this earlier! I got grounded for talking to my dad in Elvish :) twas worth it
Regarding the synonyms of "to forgive" : *Edaved* was constructed by David Salo, while *díhenod* (or at least the imperative *díheno* ) was constructed by J.R.R. Tolkien.
It's the one thing I've been struggling with trying to learn Sindarin during quarantine. I've noticed that sindarin tends to be backwards like Mellon nin, friend, my. But still haven't found a good video/ website on Sindarin grammar
This is actually what the world needs. I've been watching your videos about Sindarin and I cannot put into words that how much this content makes me relaxed. While I watch and learn these, I both get away from my shitty life problems and feel happy because I am improving myself in fantasy (reading, watching, or playing) which is someting I love. If you have a shitty life fantasy art is one of the biggest solutions for escaping it.
Thank you very much, I didn't expect anybody to feel that way watching my videos. I really appreciate it and I hope we'll make it through these difficult times. I can't believe my vids are helping in that in any way, but I'll make sure to keep a peaceful style :) I mean, I don't even know what to say really. So, thank you very much and all we can all do is to keep doing what we do, ey? Take care
7:00 I'm sure you like it, my first association was "Panno napełń kielich mój" or sth like that. Tak, ten akcent wydawał mi się zbyt znajomy hahaha, gratuluję tak szerokiego zakresu słownictwa, ogólnie pomysłu i realizacji. Agoreg vae!
Len Hannen! I love your videos so much and I have a lot of fun learning sindarin! We learned insults in a previous episode, maybe we could learn love words like "I love you, I miss you,..." ?
