Your lessons are amazing and I love it. Çok teşekkürler ama I wish, you could also give examples of 'to be' sentences in positive and question sentences. Example: Will you be available tomorrow? I will be happy to see you.

Merhabalar. Thank you for your kind words. I am trying to make the lessons as short as possible so the learners don't get bored. Will you be available tomorrow? = Yarın müsait olacak mısın? Will you be happy there? = Orada mutlu olacak mısın?

I have a question. On 2:01 minute the word aç ends with the voiceless consonant. And suffix starts with a vowel. Acording to consonant mutation, should it be "Sen acacak mısın?", instead of "Sen açacak mısın?"

Consonant mutation is not a rigid rule. It has a lot of exceptions and this is one of them. Future tense suffix "ecek, acak" doesn't work with it. So when you add this suffix to any word, nothing changes on that word.
