Rob Woosley, CDT, is a seasoned professional with 40 years of experience in the dental industry. As the Vice President of Operations at Oral Arts Dental Laboratories, he has made significant contributions to the field. Rob has held various executive positions, including a partnership at Roger Dental Lab and Sr. Vice President of Operations at National Dentex. Rob is actively involved in the dental laboratory community, serving on governing bodies and committees such as the National Association of Dental Laboratories and the Florida Dental Laboratory Association. In recognition of his accomplishments, Rob was inducted into the NADL Hall of Fame in 2022.
Jim Caruso is a visionary leader who has played a pivotal role in the success of Ottawa Dental Laboratory. Serving as Co-President and Chief Administrative Officer alongside his brother Luke, Jim has led the growth of the laboratory, which now has 8 locations across 3 states and employs 370 dental professionals. Ottawa Dental Laboratory operates on the cutting-edge EOS system, which is a testament to Jim's commitment to staying at the forefront of industry advancements. Jim's dedication extends beyond his role, as he actively contributes to the dental industry through his involvement on the Cal-Lab board and various local boards. Jim is also a member of Vistage, where he continuously hones his leadership skills through training and coaching.
Chris Waldrop, CDT, is President of Burdette Dental Laboratory, Inc., CDL, a third- generation full-service laboratory in Birmingham, AL. Chris is a 1995 graduate of the University of Alabama in Birmingham with a BS in Finance. Chris has served as a member of the Visions Committee, Marketing Committee and Strategic Planning Committee of the Southeastern Conference of Dental Laboratories, and was the 2010 President of the NADL. Chris is currently the Treasurer of the Foundation for Dental Laboratory Technology and an active board member of the SCDL.

Rune was 3Shape's first official employee and along with 3Shape founders, Tais Clausen and Nikolaj Deichmann, Rune was instrumental in helping to launch 3Shape from a small apartment in Copenhagen.
