Don’t usually comment on videos, but I’m pleased to say I’ve passed today 1st time with 0 minors! I can’t believe it! I didn’t think I was going to pass at all so if your sat there thinking your not ready, believe in yourself, you can do this!
I passed my driving test today with 2 minors!! I am beyond happy I can't tell you how good it feels to have finally done it. Failed my first driving test in December and was absolutely gutted but was more confident with this test. Your videos have been a massive help and I can finally join the people who have licenses but still watch the videos. Your channel has been a massive help, especially during lockdown when I couldn't get on the roads and I'd look at your old videos. To anyone due to take their tests, all I can say is be calm and breath! The test was over before I knew it. Pretend you're on a regular lesson, make sure you're SAFE and not perfect. Observe, observe, observe. Don't assume you've failed if you made a mistake. I thought I'd failed at one point, but I carried on as normal, and was so happy when he said it was just a minor!!!! Remain positive, you've got this. IF I can do it at the grand old age of 30, you can do it!!!
I feel like the tests are hard on purpose so that people have to spend more money. Do the examiners not realise that people don’t drive this perfectly once they’ve passed lol.
Obviously lol. But it's not ALL about the money. It's this hard because, when a person reaches this certain level of driving perfectly, he has alredy been on the road a lot, and has a lot of experience
It’s hard because a U.K. license allows you to drive anywhere in the world, it holds a lot of value and realistically it’s one of the most difficult country’s to drive in anyways
I passed my test yesterday with 4 minors, only for slow pulling off and hesitation. The test is not an awful experience. Keeping up with the flow, driving safely and being observant is so important.
Passed my test 2 days ago first try thanks to my instructor and these great videos. I got 9 minor faults so it definitely wasn’t my best drive as I only got 3 minor faults in my mock test but I got it done when it mattered👍🏻
i passed yesterday. just took my little girl out for diner, was brilliant. i found it easier without someone with me crazily enough. freedom here i come...
this learner is such a confident one. with confidence come some mistakes at rare times. he was lucky to not have someone crossing over the roads when he made some of those sharp high-speed turns on junctions.
Passed my test yesterday with 5 minors, mostly due to conditions as I had sun beaming in my eyes, had the sun visor down but it wasn't entirely covering it so I drove slightly more cautiously, because of that I got 1 minor for undue hesitation. 1 for appropriate speed and 2 concerning hesitation whereby I chose to hang back behind a cyclist due to the sun. I couldn't quite see all the way down the road so I waited until I could.
You’re definitely relaxed in scoring him. I failed for the mistakes you marked as minor such as lane discipline :( I think it’s a gender stereotype as you fail a woman in a mock test for undue hesitation
I just want to let people know that when he was on White Hart Roundabout taking the second exit towards Yeading, it is not a minor to move into the furthest lane on the left after the first exit 😊 This should not have been considered a minor (the left lane on approach is left turning only so you’re not straying into anyone else’s lane) - this video confused me for a while! Passed yesterday first time 👍🏻
Always used to get min 8-9 minors (lane discipline, undue hesitation, late indication and other shit) and sometimes serious faults with my instructor.... It only adds pressure before exam and takes away cinfidence.. Shat my pants before exam and Done the test and drove as I ussualy did during lessons.. And passed with 2 minors use of speed and parking on line.... My examiner seemed to enjoy driving and as long as he felt safe he wasnt giving me minors left and right lol.. You dont need to be perfect to pass the test neither you will care after you pass the test.. Its not as strict as these guys display here 😉🤣
Finally i have passed test I went 6 time test 4 time same lady and she was so serious not even saying hello to me finally my last test one different lady test me and she was so friendly and she was talking to me while in test and take my nervous away i was so confident all examiners should be friendly
I passed mine today at Yeading. I was the only one out of 4 to pass at that time slot! Also, I saw Drive London car, not sure if it was Rohit, I got a bit overwhelmed at that point😂, Anyways thanks for all the videos, really helped alot!!
Passed today with 8 minors!test finished very quickly, have a good night sleep, food and hydrate yourself before the test❤ watch some of these pass videos too to get an idea what to do☺️
So, no official driving lessons, or just private ones with a relative? Because how are you meant to pass a practical, you can get the instructions on how to drive a car from a video, but every car is different and I doubt you leant all of it online.
Download testi and pay the £10 to get notifications as soon as tests become available, mine was booked for August 17th and my instructor said that I should get a cancellation for July but I said fuck that and got a cancellation this morning for June 5th
I recommend the "test cancellations NOW" app - it is a bit more expensive than testi, however it's much more worth the cost because you can pre-book specific dates you're interested in and not run the risk of missing out on all of the available cancellations because someone got to it quicker. Testi doesn't have this feature. Hope this helps!
@@Stackmasters I failed with my parallel parking but everything else was good and I acc found isleworth test really easy but it depends the time you book in the mornings it’s really busy but after 10am it’s calm and not many cars on the road plus most of their roads are 20mph so it’s easy to drive but I don’t know about Greenford
is it true that if you’re on your driving test and someone flashes their light for you to go and you go is an instant fail? some people have failed for this, doesn’t really make sense to me as if they’re slowing down and holding up traffic to help you make progress and you don’t go that would make more sense?
The answer is, if it’s safe to do so. It’s all about safety. Don’t do something just because someone flashed you or waves at you. Do it because it’s safe.
Just passed my test on Tuesday here in Bulgaria. I got the 'good' examiner (out of the 2 available in my town currently) and he kept talking to my instructor. Once in a while he'd mumble 'left' or 'right' in between the chats. Could be because I was the last learner sitting an exam for the day (out of about 10-12) or it was just him, but I didn't enjoy his attitude while I was driving :D. He talked about me to my instructor as if I wasn't there, saying things like 'All's good, it'd only be better if Martin didn't stop exactly here' (about when I stopped at a red light a tiny bit into the pedestrian crossing, after waiting for a left turn). It seemed quite unprofessional, but examiners here in Bulgaria tend to have a history of being assholes, hopping everybody has the same sense of humour as them, which is not always the case. I believe I possess a good sense of humour, but mine and the examiner's didn't match too well :D
Im a bit confused at that roundabout at 10:02 and the minor he picked up, the lane your on spirals you out toward the second exit in the right hand lane. How are you supposed to go 2nd exit 1st lane ?
Ye I think that's 50/50 tbh. Like, I'm guessing it's something to do with lane discipline. But I've seen other vids mention that, if it's safe, you can shift lanes (as then you would come off in the left). I'm guessing the minor would only be a lack of observation when shifting position in that case. But, who honestly knows; sometimes, it's just up to examiner's judgement, which can be dodgy in some cases.
Hmm my instructor told me in traffic lights round about what ever lane you in for eg second lane to move out in second, 3rd in to 3rd lane and make sure the markings allow you to split in to other lanes 🤔 I think so correct Me if I'm wrong
Am I seeing this right that he press the gas pedal almost all the way on junctions? Is that OK? I just started driving lessons, and whenever I am at the junction and instructor tells me to find biting point he says to just lift the clutch up and don't use gas or just a tiny bit
In my instructors car when I approached the junction and came to a stop you get the clutch just about a little bit half way you will feel the car as it goes up pair that with the gas pedal to give it a little bit of power. Its like half and half together. Clutch first then Gas Pedal and hold it both together. Best advice feel the biting point and with a bit of practice it becomes 2nd nature.
No examiner would mark this as minor its bullshit reason to minor it lol.. If he observed with the glance and its safe to emerge no fault should be given.. If there were oncoming vechile or made traffic behind him to slow down it would be minor or serious..
This year I was so sure about taking my license. I booked my theory test and studied hard. I’ve driven twice with 2 different driving instructors. First one ignored my texts when I had to cancel because I had fever. The other one ignored me after I told him I have to take my son to school by foot because his school transport was cancelled without me knowing. Now every teacher is sick with Covid so I will not be able to take my driving license because I have nobody to look after my child while I drive. I think that’s my destiny ; to not drive.
I passed my driving test yesterday with 4 minors. While practicing with my instructor, I had been watching these videos which widened my knowledge. Rohith you’re really brilliant!!!. If someone has their test soon, don’t be nervous, try to watch all these videos, it will build up your confidence. Don’t panic during the test, try to exchange your thoughts with the examiner when you do minor errors. It can happen to any one when they are nervous. Keep positive every time.Thank you so much Rohith!! I really appreciate your support.
On 21:13 you say with an amber colour that the meeting situation should have been more cautious, what should has he done when he sees the Silver car on the lift?
It's essential that a pupil knows where and how to use the ancillary controls. In every lesson one of the show me Qs need to be practiced. They need to be shown whilst car is stationary and then on the move. Thomas showed hesitancy in how to wash it, but then eventually got it.
I think I did exactly what he did in 9:47 on that round- about and I failed my test last week. Dat was my only serious mistake with four minors. I was suppose to turn right on the round about and I was in the left lane just before I entered the round about I indicated and went to the correct lane. So apparently as I was in the wrong lane and so close to entering the roundabout I should just followed the lane and won’t get wrong for wrong direction. 🤷🏽♀️
I think he did not make any mistale at 9:47. The left lane at first traffic stop was LEFT ONLY lane. The lane he was in should be the lane in which he should be after traffic light turned green at first. At second green light he exited in the left lane in which he was and should supposed to be. I am not sure if i am missing something here or what went wromg. I do not see this as minor at all.
I failed my first test in July. I got 1 serious and 1 minor. The serious was so stupid. It was a one way thin road that came to a dual carriageway junction. I was turning right and positioned in the middle of the road as the road was barely big enough for two cars and had parked cars either side, nore did it have any lanes, signs and road markings. And she gave me a serious for not being positioned more to the right. Got my second test in 2 days
@@kevonbedford4078 well to make things worse, I failed the second test (same test centre) for a worse reason. Again 1 minor, 1 serious. This time the serious was because I was Going straight on at a mini roundabout, very small one, and I curved around it, but my two right wheels happened to touched the edge of the painted roundabout (because it wasn’t centred correctly and to avoid it I’d of had to fully swing around it at about 5 mph and crawl) And they failed me for that. If things couldn’t get any worse, he said at the end “you’re a perfect driver and that drive was perfect, I don’t know how you’ve failed”…. Even though he’s the one that’s failed me
My driving examiner friend said as soon as you go over 20 in a 20 zone they will fail you 2 miles over is 2 miles two many, that's a serious fault. So thought you were very lenient with letting him away with his speed
You’ll get a cancellation. My theory was only last week, got a test originally booked for October... used SpeedyTests and they managed to get a cancellation for tomorrow.
@@us3d263 I have tried to find a date 6 months ahead and it just keeps saying no test dates found for all 12 test centres. Need to book a test before I start using the cancellation apps. I’m a little stuck . Good luck with your test
I have passed my test on monday 9 9ctober Alhamdullilah 😍🥰🥰🥰 keep trying guys and you will do it one day key point be confident ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻best of luck to all
