She jumps up into the air and then flips. Corinne basically flips straight after she leaves the trampoline, rather than actually going up into the air and then flipping. Hence killing the height and the time she can have for rotating in the air, like Gracie :)

Broooo... that vert 😱Also... just a perfect example of strength vs training a very specific movement. You're both super strong, but that push up lady has probably been training that specific movement foreverrrrr.... makes my shoulders hurt just thinking about it.
What a great career to have! One that requires you to practice like this. I couldn't do work going into an office. I'd look to make a living doing something different like this.

Hi Corinne, I admire your ambition and agilit7y. And watching you aI think thst you would be an ideal shoulder rider. But looking through xour videos, I cannot find you shoulder riding. Did you never do it? You should find a strong boy who can carry you for a long 5 (or evemn 15? ) minutes ride. I am sure that you will like it and have much fun riding a jumping amnd swinging horse. Please present a shoulder ride video. Thank you !!!
My first day in gymnastics, I learned the front summy. My second day, I did a double front. My third day, I thought I could get a triple around. But nope. I did a 2 1/2 and broke my neck. But I didn't yet know that I had broken my neck, but I did suspect it. Did that stop me? Nope. I tumbled all day. Started going to Chiro a couple days later and the following week and ensuing weeks/months, I kept going to gymnastics. Flash forward 10 years when I got an x-ray of my head. They said "Were you in a car accident about 10 years ago? I said "No, why?". They said "You must have been in a serious accident of some kind". I said "Not at all, WHY?". And they said "Because you broke your neck". It took me a sec, but then I said "OMG! I really DID break my neck?". Holy Walrus butts! True story
Don't either of you injure yourselves for content... That pushup trick takes a lot of prep. Neither of you want a torn pec tendon. Sly Stallone tore his pec tendon in the first Rocky movie from one arm pushups.

Must work on better mic setup, especially when standing in front of camera and talking. A good shotgun mic for the activity sections. The audio level is very low.
