Mad respect to WWE athletes who consistently hit these moves. There is an insane amount of work behind them.

Move 1: Hip Toss Fake-Out Move 2: Springboard 450 Splash If you want some crazt flips to practice, I would recommend the wrestler Ricochet or Mustafa Ali (although he is no longer in WWE)

I don't know where you guys are located or where you do most of your training, but if you're serious about getting in contact with someone to bring in from the wrestling biz that would totally show you techniques, I think John Hennigan (wrestling fans know him as John Morrison, Johnny Nitro, Johnny Impact... among others, as he's had quite a plethora of names over the years. 😂) is a great candidate. He's done parkour, and is very gymnastic-esque as far as his pro-wrestling style is concerned. He's based out in Los Angeles, and I know it's not super easy just contacting "famous" peeps, but he'd be awesome if you can get a hold of him. Anyways, you girls killed it, this was awesome! 👍🙌

They are jumping from a height significantly lower than a top rope reducing the time they have for rotation; they're making it harder.

Fr, fr.....but that’s what makes it so entertaining to watch, because they start out all confident like, “yeah, we got this, this is going to be so simple.” Then as they are getting ready to do the stunt, they start questioning their decision like, “ hold up, maybe this isn’t such a good idea.” And then when the do the stunt, they panic like, “ oh shet, oh shet, oh shet! Bad idea, BAD IDEA! Why did we think this would be easy?! OH FACK!” And then they complete the stunt, after so many failed attempts, and are like, “first try, told you it would be so easy.” Meanwhile they are covered head to toe in bruises, and pink marks from the many fails and painful falls...😂❤

As a wrestler, when I heard land on your feet and fall forward, I cringed because if you were doing that in a ring, your risk of injury would be so much higher than just rotating in fully in the air.
@fad23
@fad23 9 месяцев назад
I'm only guessing as someone who has no in-ring or gymnastic skill, but I think that gymnasts usually land on their feet. Perhaps some bump drills would get them used to landing on their fronts and backs. What do you think?
@__Black_Sheep__
@__Black_Sheep__ 9 месяцев назад
@@fad23 bumping drills would most likely help yeah. As long as they don't take it off of the crash pad, landing on the feet first doesn't matter nearly as much, but if they were to try it on like a 2in mat, that could be a horrible injury.

Y'all should add an extra mat to get things high enough for you to rotate through. That way you can do the flip and still have time to catch yourselves, which might seem scarier but would be easier. There's a reason they do those moves from the top rope, not the second turnbuckle!

Pro wrestling is perfect for someone coming from gymnastics. I could imagine you two going very far in a short amount of time but please if you get serious about training for pro wrestling then please get a professional trainer that has done it in the past. Please WWE or AEW, sign these two. I could write a storyline for them that would captivate the audience for 10 minutes of tv time a week with where they are already. Training and respecting the business, one slightly better than the other, traditional methods of paying your dues vs. coming in via YT...... Training montage for months, leads to debut where y'all try a bunch of gymnastics moves you've been practicing. Get the hell beat out of you by someone like Athena. Back to the drawing board for training - focusing on toughness. Return and eventual respect. Gracie turns on Corinne..... I mean c'mon, this is easy.

I have so much respect for... I'm sorry I don't remember their names... but the blonde one for when she was getting ready to attempt to do the 450 on the other one. The fact that she was more concerned about hurting her friend than her friend was of that same thing happening speaks so much as to the type of person she is. She's gotta be confident to do it, but loving and caring enough to consider what may happen if something goes wrong, putting that extra pressure on herself to make sure she gets it right. Amazing job!
