yes the rest of the event was crap. Voting, song presentation. Are you a Eurovision fan or a fan of Sweden? What are you doing here? The Melodifestivalen or what the hec they call it is somewhere else. Go there and criticise Eurovision there. This is Eurovision. We love Eurovision here. THE WHOLE SHOW
Ukraine just proved everyone that they are able to host the Eurovision- and in such a creative way! I like how they connected last year with this year , while still keeping it real to themselves and making this edition more Ukrainian. One of the best Eurovision productions this decade. But hey , nobody could beat Måns&Petra, can they? (P.S Måns' acting skills are fab)
I remember him as Flynn Rider in the Swedish dub of Tangled and I love Disney dubs in Swedish, he deserved his Eurovision victory for representing his country! A real Disney & Eurovision Hero! 🤩🎤🎵
I don't get the complaints against the hosts - I think they were great, especially the two main hosts if I can say it like that. 2012 and 2015 hosts were dreadful tho
You guys totally nailed it! I really enjoyed The ESC 2017. And it wasn't just because of the songs, but I actually felt in love with you, three musketeers of Ukraine 😍 I had so much fun! Well done to you! Ukraine, you did your job really great! 👏 greetings from your slavic brother - Slovakia 😊
lemme tell y'all #worsthostsever thinkers. I understand Petra and Måns were funny af but the guys are actually hilarious irl. you dont take into account the convenience of the language one has to use at esc. in SCandinavia everybody speaks English as fluently as ukrainians speak Russian. English is not our native tongue, and rarely one can find comedians in Ukraine that can say funny unscripted jokes, remarques, comfortably using English. If they were allowed to use Russian or if English was as similar to ukrainian as it is to Swedish, youd laugh your ass off. im telling you that as a linguist and a citizen of Ukraine. moreover, esc shouldnt be a competition between WHO! IS! FUNNIER! as a host. how do you imagine to conduct an english speaking show in a fantastic way if English is not what you use every day, to say smoothly. especially if your mother tongue and that language are as different as coffee and a shoe.
I've seen some oleksandr's parodies he seems funny but I can't understand Ukrainian.. I think they were great it's not easy to host a show in front of 150 million people.
