I have a very stubborn horse and it’s sometimes impossible to get him to walk and trot. Though cantering is easy 😐

How do the horses understand these languages? Are they trained to understand the cues or is it natural to them?

you can sqeeze or kick, but when your showing the judges do like to see the sqeezing technique

I have seen jockeys riding horses and I rode one once, but all I got it to do was run fast, or stop, thanks for this information, now I know how to make a horse walk. Smart animals with dumb humans on top don't make for a good ride.
