Hi Maddie I follow you for quite some time now, you and and a couple more creators are the only channels I watch on youtube, I personally love your long vlogs, now for example I am cleaning the whole house and I have you keeping me company and it's so relaxing. I don't have tik Tok , I don't really love it, the only things that I watch are reels about animals on instagram other than stories, and your channel is a blessing. Tip with the Noughty is to cut it open - I cut sort of where the 'Noughty' logo is and snip the top of the tube right off. There's SO MUCH product that sits around the inside of the tube! I end up getting at least another 3 weeks out of it, and I find that I'm more mindful of the amount I'm using because I'm able to gauge it from the get-go, rather than 'squeeze a bit more, oops a bit much now'. I then keep the top bit I've cut off and tuck the bottom half back into it to 'seal' it until the next wash/refresh day! I love love love the stuff 😍 Plus, environmentally you're "consuming less" by using more of the product. I take it to the extreme and wash the tube out and rinse my hair with the water from the inside of the tube for an extra 0.00005mL 😂I'm sure it works with the other tube products too (most of my other hair products are in pump packs, so I use the 'tip it upside down' and 'water it down a little' methods for those...)

Relaxed videos with / without voiceover of the clothes u wear, the sustainability / ethical side to them and where u bought them. You look so relaxed and have fun with creating different looks :) use ur love of fashion on there as an idea for u :)

I don’t use Tiktok. I watch RU-vid for the longer content. I used to love Instagram, but not so much now that it’s mostly reels. I don’t watch the stories on Instagram, I scroll to look at the photos. A lot of my friends are deleting their social media accounts, and just watching RU-vid. Everyone is different.

Sometimes, I get on Instagram and listen for the stories, but I prefer to spend quality time with my favorite RU-vidrs. It's like having a nice long chat with them. I like the long-form. I haven't gotten into Tik-tok as yet. I feel like there's always some new sm platform to adopt and it can become frenetic information overload. But as some sm platforms come and go I can understand the need to diversify to stay relevant if being an influencer is your job.

Hey lovely, just to say I'm a fellow creator and I now only have RU-vid and my newsletter. Never had ticktock (personal or professional) and came off FB and Insta this year. It was scary at the time as my main following was on Insta, but since then my RU-vid as skyrocketed as I've been able to focus my creativity better. From a business point of view, I've worked with more brands and made more money this way. And most importantly my mental health is far improved. Just my experience and I'm early on in my creator business but just thought I'd share. Love these longer vlogs 💚

If you get wood chairs, you could always try to cut a little off the legs. It's hard to find chairs that fit, we had the same issue.

Just an idea… i have wavy/curly hair and decided to embrace it. But i hate the crunchy hair from gels and foams. And also cannot feel clean without washing my hair. So… i use shampoo every day (bad) and conditioner(bad) and at the end of it all i just put some argan oil at the ends. It looks naturally curly and pretty well defined curls too. Don’t know… i am sure is not novelty but thought you may want to try that

I think you would look really good with fringe or bangs as we call them in the US and the layering around your face! Give it a go! 100% dry my hair is the same like yours it's very fine but I have a lot of it and it takes forever to dry and I really hate that I can't go out into the cold because my hair feels wet and damp for so long! Sometimes it feels like it to take 6 hours to dry!

You probably won't see this, but i just wanted to check you know that the loft in your office could have bats in and you should definitely check what checks you legally need to do before knocking through the ceiling. I do bat surveys in wales and bats are very common in lofts, especially if the building is older, but even newer buildings can have them because they are very small. Hope this is helpful if you do ever see this, fab video also!

Personally, I like youtube the most as a viewer. Sometimes Instagram, but rarely. I focus on youtube. Speaking about hair dryers I'm looking for one now, mine it's barely working. Thinking of doing Invisalign and teeth whitening, but I'm doing research if it's a good option. As to whitening I wonder if it doesn't damage your teeth or gums. Waiting for Christmas content, my fav time of the year. Best vibes for me this time of the year.

Im just offering up some random info about my dog's diet 😉: My cocker spaniel mix senior dog has been plant based for as long as weve had him, so almost 7yrs now. Hes mostly been on supplemented homemade grain free food, since he has a grain allergy/intolerance that gives him indigestion. But, ive finally found a vegetarian kibble w grains fr the vet that he can eat that doesnt cause him indigestion, which im happy for since i think grains can be good for heart health. I was never a fan of kibble, but the way its formulated or processed is prob the reason hes able to eat the grains (this isnt even the hypoallergenic kibble, which i dont think has a vegetarian formula 😒). Along w his kibble he gets plenty of healthy fruit, veg, and fats, and occassional breaks from kibble with grainfree homemade food. Unfortunately he still has yeast/skin issues, but nothing terrible... Im not as diligent with remedies and his diet as i shld be/used to be 😬 but as anyone w skin issues knows, it's not an easy fix.

Roxy is not being naughty Roxy is following a scent and if that means running thru a mud puddle so be it. If Roxy happens upon a whittle baby wabbit Roxy would kill it and probably eat it if there was time before you show up. Being a little graphic but true. Dogs are ingrained with this behavior over thousands of years.

An hour is a bit too much to follow along and be able to properly watch...don't know if it's only me who thinks that. But perhaps you could keep it a bit shorter, like 30min. Tails is a very poor dog food, as with all other kibble based foods… please please please look into a fresher diet for Roxy (this will likely improve her skin complaint) I love your videos and am vegan myself, but I feel very passionate about my dog’s diet and think that people deserve to know about the rubbish that’s in foods like this I just worry about foods like Tails being promoted Hope you will look into it but nonetheless enjoyed the video and love seeing Roxy All the best 💜💜

i love your videos and have been following you for several years. i find it difficult to feel positive about your cooperation with a meat-based dog food brand. i understand roxie has specific health needs and i totally get why you chose this type of dog food for her, that's not up for discussion. i do have mixed feelings about a sponsorship from said brand though. i know we're all different with different values and boundaries, so we'll never agree on absolutely everything, there's still something uncomfortable about you essentially advertising meat on your vegan channel and profiting from it. i'd love to know how you feel about it, if that's something you want to talk about :)

Dogs and cats require much higher amounts of protein in ratio to their body weight than humans do, and they eat meat by design (meaning in the wild they consume it raw from animal prey) rather than the way humans cook it to make it palatable. Meat is something that is integral to their diet and health designated by their biological design. They have much sharper teeth and higher acidity in their saliva and digestive tract. Their digestive tract is also shorter to handle the digestion of meat. Whereas the human digestive system is much closer to herbivore in its design (though not fully), and humans do not crave raw meat covered in blood and sinew. Nor do we have a way to hunt without tools (dogs and cats use only their teeth and claws). It isn’t right to force our own dietary choices onto other animals whose makeup is not designed for it. We are making a choice for ourselves. Our pets don’t have the ability to make those kinds of choices or understand these kinds of things. I’m sure Maddie has done a lot of research and consulted her veterinarian when deciding what is best for her pets. From an article: “While dogs can digest plants, however, their bodies require more protein. For this reason, transitioning a dog to a vegan diet can deprive them of collagen, elastin, and keratin proteins that are essential for a dog's skin, muscles, and joints.”

@@irismeeow No, it was a reply to your comment. You said you didn't like her advertising a meat based dog food on her channel. But the reality is that her dog is not vegan. Maddie is about sustainable choices no matter if they are vegan or not. She is sharing a sustainable brand of dog food that she believes in, and she wants her followers to know what options exist for natural and sustainable pet foods. She has shared secondhand leather in her closet in her most recent closet declutter. Leather isn't a vegan product. But there are more ethical and sustainable ways to acquire it by purchasing secondhand. Just as there are dog food brands that source their ingredients more ethically than typical store brands. The point of her content is to help expose her audience to more natural and sustainable brands. She is sharing what her dog actually eats and in the process showing viewers that better options exist beyond the supermarket shelf. And to be completely honest, a lot of vegan products are highly unsustainable because they are made of plastics and are toxic to the environment. So sometimes the vegan option isn't always the most sustainable option. If I had to choose between vintage/secondhand leather or vegan leather, I would choose the real thing because it is naturally biodegradable. It will also last ten times as long and not need constant replacing. And by purchasing secondhand, I am not putting my money into the leather industry, nor into the fast fashion industry. Sorry for the long response. But I think it's good for Maddie to be transparent about these things, because these are very real issues and dilemmas that we face when making more sustainable choices.
