Learning Thursdays: Integrated Services: Person Centered Care vs. Administrative Practice 

Even though Person Centered Care is not new, Integrated Services are taking this concept to a new level. This training is meant to be a high level overview of Integrated Services and how this concept affects the way we think about and provide treatment. If your head spins when you hear all the different acronyms, IOS, DSRIP, HCBS, CCBHC, PIPBHC, etc., this training, will provide a general understanding of these methods of providing Integrated, Person-Centered care
Learning Thursdays is a recurring free learning opportunity geared toward New York State's addiction and substance use disorder workforce. After you have familiarized yourself with content, go to the OASAS Test Portal, complete an exam on the material, and receive a Certificate of Completion that will go toward the renewal of your OASAS professional credentialing. Some courses are also approved for NYSED Social Work continuing education hours.
