Learning to drive in Belfast? Learn a Category BE, C1, C1E + C test route . 

Hi All, I had passed in Balmoral test center this week in my first attempt. All went fine and test took around 40 mins and examiner was very kind and instructions are very clear. Even I have the route map of my test. Here you go on the route I went: Balmoral Test Center -> Boucher Road -> Stockmans Ln -> Upper Lisburn Rd (finaghy) -> Sicily Park -> Emergency Stop -> Malfin Dr -> Left curve reverse parking -> Upper Malone rd -> Malone Rd -> A55 -> Saintfield Rd -> Annadale Ave -> Starnmills Rd -> Malone Rd -> Myrtlefield Park -> Lisburn Rd -> Balmoral Test center back gate

I took this very route for my LGV test over 20 years ago, can't remember Sandy Row though!..(it could have been, my old heads going).....I noticed you went up the Stranmillis and down past the Lyric theater, when i did it he took me over the awkward roundabout at the gates of the college...and you know how tight it is getting around there on a Saturday morning...lol Did ok though and passed thank goodness. Thanks for this, i was right behind the wheel there again on that Saturday morning over 20 years ago.

Is it hard to pass it for the first time if I never been there ? ( Im driving every day to the work and back or if we going in trip)

Any chance to find it on google maps ?

I passed at dill road 9 months ago literally the easiest thing ever didn't even do a full test route 🙌🏻

could be worth adding/editing commentray . I know it may be hard to talk about all considerations etc , but maybe a brief reason why you held back a little bit more at just over 3mins , white van man could stop at any moment ! (delivery) hope this helps. D.

are these the same routes as for normal cars too?
