I’m an introvert and I’m sooo used to doing things alone, but I’ve noticed when I want to go out and try new things alone, I always find a way not to do it… because I’m too scared and need to do it with someone. Learned to be alone in highschool. At first it was so humiliating, but today i feel so much better and strong, i love myself and my own company. My life changed a lot and i couldnt thank more, in this world you need to enjoy yourself and dont feel insecure to be alone
as an introvert with a very small amount of friends I've been taking myself on outings for YEARS but I genuinely enjoy it so much, took myself to a hello kitty themed cafe today and had the best time :')
as someone who just finished a levels and is taking a gap year this is so refreshing to see, I've also been trying to be at peace with my own company and learning not to hold back on going places and trying new things just because i have no one to do it with. last week I went to the park sat down and read for the first time it was so calming
i love expressing gratitude, even when i don't feel like doing this, after writing, journaling and mediting i feel so much better, self care is so important

This was very honest. Because I have to spend a lot of time by myself even though I'm in university because I haven't got many friends or no friends would be more appropriate. So eventually you learn to be on your own if you've no choice but as humans we definitely feel the need to do it with someone else. But yeah being by yourself doesn't mean you're an arrogant person who thinks of him/ herself as independent. It's because some people are left with no choice. -INTRO>ERT

So much this! Felt like the world was passing me by while I waited for other people to be free to come and do stuff with me, it was anxiety inducing to begin with and I started off small but I have been doing festivals etc on my own since 2019 now and loving it! You can't put a price on that kind of freedom and it has been really good for my own self relationship! Would highly recommend everyone tries this at least once

I'm always so scared to be by myself and I think it's because I just depend of someone else so much that it's stopping me from doing things with only myself. I'm learning now to live alone, to enjoy alone, to do things I haven't done with just myself for a long time. I'm envious from people who can be comfortable with themselves and just be fine with themselves, I'm so jealous of them. Maybe one day I'll be like that, to just embrace my thoughts and myself as it is.

this video was really meaningful to me cause most part of my life i’ve done things alone, however at the same time i’ve felt “alone”, without friends to share my experiences. now I have a girlfriend, she’s always with me, however, I can’t lie that when she can’t stays with me it’s hard to enjoy myself
This is me 100%. Always did things alone or with my partner, and yeah it's nice being able to entertain yourself without relying on others but it still feels lonely. I'd love to be able to have people to do things with but some people aren't blessed to be surrounded by trusted people all the time
I'm used to being alone, because I'm more comfortable with it only when I'm home or places with fewer or no people,but when I want to go out by myself or work outside on crowded area,i mostly couldn't or I'm not comfortable 😂😂

i could relate to the just finished A levels. i finished my A level a year late than my friends and now i always spend time alone while they are in university. i actually like spending my time alone now.
