Ben another great video and 2 good solid landings. When I first passed I had the same issue kept landing long but at egbo the tarmac runways are quite long. I tend to try and practice getting down on a certain spot if safe to do so.

That aeroplane under the tarp was a Cessna Skymaster. I liked your girlfriend's swedish bobble hat too, that was fun. Also nice to see Hullavington. I had a pleasure flight in a DH Dove from there in about 2007 and some of my ancestors were farm labourers in that area hundreds of years ago.

Landings are the big thing I fly from North Coates with a 700mts + runway my first landing on a short field [ 250mts Winglands] took 3 attempt so keep up the good work

There is a HUGE underground bunker on the right side of the runway at Wadswick. Google it very interesting.

mmmm if you have never flown the C42 it will be interesting hearing what you think in comparison to the Skyranger ... I have time on both and prefer flying one of them...

Nice video Ben, glad to see that you are having fun. As others have written, the aircraft under the tarp looks to be a Cessna Skymaster - my old physics teacher used to fly them equipped as gunships in Africa. I know someone who used to cut the grass on the top of those hangers - not an easy job! Kemble/CA always seems a busy place. Landing long there, were you trying to avoid any turbulence off of the hangers as you seemed very flat and not aiming at the numbers/coming in high enough? Watching on here though it was hard to see the runway at all at first and all of this stuff is hard to tell on a PC screen anway?! Nice away strip - lovely day too.

When you did your test, how long did it take the CAA to file your paperwork/you receive the actual licence document?

Hi Ben please could you let us know an email to contact I’m a student in North Yorkshire with a sky ranger aircraft and wanting to know where we can get the black material panelling above the doors to save the drafts coming in, I’m having great difficulty in sourcing these any help would be great, fab videos they have helped me a lot look forward to hearing from you, richard
